These past few years, the golf community has been treated to a once-in-generation show starring a young lion who is a master with his clubs. The current report is that Jordan Spieth is the golfer of tomorrow, except that he already rules the scene today. He is a phenomenon whose accomplishments cannot be arrested. How To Be Fit Enough For Golf

A lot of people take one look at golf and they wonder how much effort goes into it. Or even worse, they wonder if it’s a sport. It’s not like basketball or football. Golfers don’t sweat. Jumping higher or running faster doesn’t mean a thing. But don’t let all of that (or lack of it) fool you. Golf is physical and golfers need to be in tip-top shape relative to the game.
